Meditation

 

Swami Kaleshwar used to say, „Meditation is attention without tension.“ It´s a state of mind/consciousness when a person is completely focused on one thing – breath, mantra, their own heartbeat… They let all the thoughts flow, come and go until the mind gets tired and stop. At this point we can get into a trans. It´s a state when the mind, ego and feelings are calm, we are not aware of them and they don´t disturb us anymore. It´s one of the most beneficial phases of meditation as the soul sucks huge amount of high positive energy, our consciousness expands, we can communicate with our soul, receive answers to our questions, heal our body and manifest. An the beginning the trans remains only few seconds or minutes and prolongs with a regulary practise till few hours even (at the Indians 😀 ).

Meditation is an amazing tool for improvement of quality of life. It positively influences the ability to relax, concentrate and learn, makes easier to fall asleep and improves the quality of sleep, recharges the energy, develops intuition and perceptiveness, harmonises the organism, helps to heal in a physical and psychological way, increases clarity of mind. Using certain mantras multiplies the benefit of meditation and we can aim it on a certain topic.
