Coaching is a session which gives you a safe space to express yourself – your feelings, inner conflicts, struggles, pain or confusion of your daily life or personal process. Here you have an understanding compassionate heart on your side. We will talk together about your situation and work on fixing your momentary troubles, you get a great energy boost and useful tools for home-work to achieve a bigger progress on your path.

Combination of a transfomative massage, intuitive body/energy work, channeling, Sai Shakti healing, activation and anchoring of the galactic energies of your soul into the physical and light body, healing traumas (not only) from the past lives, regarding to your needs.

Complex session is designed especially for clients which are ready for a deep healing and activation and which are willing to let go off the old structures/energies/pain/mindsets. It´s very helpful during the personal transformational process on a spiritual journey, when one develops quickly and the body needs to catch up energetically, or when one perceives stuckness in certain blocks, and needs to release those outdated energies which came up and move onto the higher levels of energy and consciousness.

My speciality is releasing trauma and shock of the cellular memory from the physical body, which is provided by manual treatment, bare touch and energy healing. This readjust the natural energy flow in the body and we can digest the galactic energy upgrades more comfortably and easily. We carry several blocks and traumas in our body, so the healing proceeds mostly in several layers with the time. We have to ripen up to the next level every time, when we are able to face the next big letting go.

It is very effective for bringing the physical body and subtle bodies in the alignment with the higher level which their soul already prepared.

The depth and intensity of the healing depends on needs, readiness and openness of the physical body itself (as it has consciousness too), as well as emotional and mental body. It means it happens what the client allows and can handle. It´s always unique, expanding and wonderful experience which you direct yourself. 🙂

Note: The duration of a session depends on the process of that session. If a client goes very deep and f.e. an intense healing of a past life trauma is happening, I won´t interrupt the session and I´ll let it run until the end. In a case if it takes longer than 90 minutes, there is an extra charge of 45 €.

This massage has an especially deep effect on physical, subtle, mental and emotional level. It combines a classic relaxation massage and profound energy work in the physical body as well as the subtle bodies. Your body and guides can also give you through me messages important for your healing during a session.

Sai Shakti healing is a part of a system of healing techniques taught by Sri Kaleshwar, which comes from the ancient palm leaves – few thousand years old manuscripts, where were written by the highest indian saints many spiritual mysteries/teachings. For instance how to heal the soul and heartbreak, how to protect from negativity and decharge it, how to bless pregnant mother and her child and strenghten it´s soul, how to disconnect energetically from former partners, how to activate and strenghten the soul and open up higher abilities and many other beautiful things.

The healing is performed as an energy transmission shaktipat (placing the thumb on a third eye – a door to our soul, or another chakras). It is a channeled divine energy invoked with chanting mantras through an open heart, it´s a huge energy boost for the soul, which iniciates a profound healing on all levels. The high energy of mantras transforms, “burns” our karmas, increases our consciousness and gives us high clarity of mind.

It is possible to do the session as:

2. distance healing – when you rest at home, or sleep

Before session: It is highly recommended to eat light vegetarian on the day of healing, no alcohol, no cigarettes. It helps to receive, hold and digest the high divine energy.

For receiving the distance transmission is good to fix the exact time. I suggest for your to light a candle, having a comfi clothes on, to lay down in bed and tuck into a blanket, and a while before the transmission to calm down and rest. Make sure that nobody will disturb you during the healing.

After the healing: I recommend to stay at peace (don´t plan any appointments afterwards etc.) and enjoy plenty of liquids. One glass of water will do just fine. 🙂
